چکیده

Solvable theories of 2D dilaton gravity can be obtained from a Liouville theory by suitable field redefinitions. In this paper we propose a new framework to generate 2D dilaton gravity models which can also be exactly solved in the semiclassical approximation. Our approach is based on the recently introduced scheme to quantize massless scalar fields coupled to 2D gravity maintaining invariance under area-preserving diffeomorphisms and Weyl transformations. Starting from the CGHS model with the new effective action we reestablish the full diffeomorphism invariance by means of an adequate family of field redefi-nitions. The original theory is therefore mapped into a large family of solvable models .We focus our analysis on the one-parameter class of models interpolating between the Russo-Susskind-Thorlacius model and the Bose-Parker-Peleg model. Finally we shall briefly indicate how can we extend our approach to spherically symmetric Einstein gravity coupled to 2D conformal matter.

سیاه‌چاله‌های نظریه گوس- بونه در حضور شاره کامل

In this paper, the solutions of the Gauss-Bonnet theory of gravity was proposed in the presence of a perfect fluid with thermodynamic pressure P and energy gravity ρ in n-dimension. Accordingly, perfect fluid tensor was regarded as energy-momentum tensor and the static and radiating solutions for the linear equation of state p = wρ was calculated. This solution contains all the solutions alread...

All four-dimensional static, spherically symmetric, two-charge Abelian Kaluza–Klein black holes and their CFT duals

We derive the dual conformal field theory Virasoro algebras from the algebra of conserved diffeomorphism charges for a large class of Abelian Kaluza–Klein black holes. Under certain conditions, such as non-vanishing electric and magnetic monopole charges, the Kaluza–Klein black holes have a Reissner– Nordstrom spacetime structure. For the non-extremal charged Kaluza–Klein black holes, we use th...

Microcanonical Description of (Micro) Black Holes

The microcanonical ensemble is the proper ensemble to describe black holes which are not in thermodynamic equilibrium, such as radiating black holes. This choice of ensemble eliminates the problems, e.g., negative specific heat (not allowed in the canonical ensemble) and loss of unitarity, encountered when the canonical ensemble is used. In this review we present an overview of the weaknesses o...

/ 9412224 On Quantum Black Holes ∗

A pedagogical discussion is given of some aspects of “quantum black holes”, primarily using recently developed two-dimensional models. After a short preliminary concerning classical black holes, we give several motivations for studying such models, especially the so called dilaton gravity models in 1 + 1 dimensions. Particularly attractive is the one proposed by Callan,Giddings, Harvey and Stro...

Jet-dominated advective systems: radio and X-ray luminosity dependence on the accretion rate

We present a novel method to measure the accretion rate of radio emitting X-ray binaries (XRBs) and active galactic nuclei (AGN) independently of the X-ray luminosity. The radio emission of the jet is used as a tracer for the accretion rate and is normalised using sources of known accretion rates: island state neutron stars and efficiently radiating black holes close to a state transition. We s...
